Hi, Im renting my flat out during 5 months (October 1st until February 28th). The flat is bright and charming, located in a calm area very close to Linné, Slottsskogen and Haga. The flat has two bedrooms (the beds are 120 cm wide), a living room, kitchen, hall and bathroom. Its fully furnished and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Cable-TV, Internet, gas, central heating and electricity are included in the monthly fee. One month deposit will be paid at contract signing and returned directly after the rental period provided the flat is in the same shape as it was when the rental period started. Its important for me to find the right tenant(s). Ideally I would have one or two adults living in the flat (no children). The tenants should be non smoking, without pets and care about the flat and my neighbors.
