The move in/moving out-dates are flexible and can be changed depending on your situation. Were renting out a room in our 3 room apartment. The apartment is about 10 minutes from Chalmers Lindholmen and 20 minutes to Chalmers Johanneberg. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurant parks and a shopping mall within walking distance. Most things are included in the rent. Everything from electricity, broadband, towels and toilet paper. Theres even a bike you can use if you take good care of it. We expect you to practice common sense and partake in weekly household chores and speak fluent Swedish/English. About us: Andrea is studying law and working part time as a fitness instructor. Mikael works in the Swedish military and sells candy on the side. In our spare time we enjoy working out, playing video games and watching movies.
