The apartment is located 10 minutes from the city center and about 20 minutes from Chalmers Johanneberg. There are multiple super markets, shops and restaurants within walking distance as well as parks. The kitchen and bathroom are recently renovated (2016 and 2017). We try to include as much as possible in the rent of the room, such as electricity, internet, towels, sheets and cleaning supplies. You may of course use the rest of the apartment as well, with the exception of our room. You will be sharing the apartment with my girlfriend Andrea and I, Mikael. She is 30, studying law and working part time as a spin instructor. Im 29, recently started my military training so I wont be home in the weekdays. We enjoy working out, playing videogames and baking desserts in our free time. Anyone is welcome to apply as long as you are fluent in English or Swedish.
