Hello, my name is Meera and I am 47 years old. I have a nice flat, 85 square meters with 3 rooms, 2 toilets, big kitchen with 2 refrigerators and a balcony. Flat is in 6th floor and has a nice view. It is furnished. There is a bed, a desk, a book self and a dresser for the clothes. It takes 18 minutes to go to the city with tram number 4, 8 or 9. It takes 25 minutes with tram number 8 to Chalmers. To walk from the flat to tram station takes 4 minutes. I am looking for someone how have the experiences to live with others, non smoker, tidy and flexible, be open to receive feedback. As I do daily meditation and there is a warm and beautiful energy in the flat, I would like to live with someone who respects the silence and stillness. It is important to do the daily cleaning and keep your room and common area tidy. You should be non smoker. You have to be student or have a job. Room: 14 square meters available from 23 April to end of august . It will be possible to extend the contract for longer period. Rent is 3400 kr for May. From first of June, i would like to rent a bigger room which is 25 square meters and keep this room for myself.About this possibility and new condition of rent and other details we will talk .
