This house is located in a wonderful part of the City of Gothenburg close to nature but a short bus ride away from the center of town. In about 100 meters you have a forest/park where there are small paths for walking and running with lights when it is dark. There is also a gym, some soccer fields and a hall for skating, ice hockey and sports like that very close to the house. There is a bus station 5-7 minutes walk from the house. The bus takes 20 minutes to come to Drottningtorget which is a central place for buses and trams. There are two rooms for rent to one person or to two separate renters. The rooms include a separate WC/shower, shared kitchen and laundry. The tenants shall bring their own sheets, pillow-cases and towels. The landlord will provide pillows and bed quilts. Shared kitchen : The tenants have full use of the kitchen including pots, pans, stove, dishes for making and eating food. Shared refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. The tenets will have places for cold food and space in pantry. The laundry: Shared washing machine, tumbler, drying cabinet and iron. Cleaning: There is a vacuum on each floor. The tenant are responsible to clean the room, the WC/shower and the upstairs hallway. Parking: parking space available without fee. The owner of the house named Arne is a retired man. Arne is in good health, an experienced landlord, loves gardening and is a member of two associations which keep him occupied rather much. In summertime he is often in his summerhouse. Arne speaks English fluently. The rooms are available for one or two students. If one student hires it, it will cost 6000:- for the two rooms. If two students hire one room each it will cost 4000:- the bigger room 3500:- the smaller room. Together 7500:- Until 14th of January there are two students hiring the rooms.
