The house is on a calm and quite residential area of Hisings Backa, with just few minutes distance from one of the biggest shopping center in Gothenburg called Backa Plan and also few minutes from City center called Brunnsparken by buss or tram. The Cottage has own Bathroom (badrum), own Kitchen (kök), own balcony with beautiful view (Altan), new heat pump (luft-luft värmepump) and new ventilation (fläkt). Were looking for a Swedish or English speaking female student or employee as tenant. Minimum period of rent is six months with chance to renew the contract if theres mutual wish.
