My studio apartment will be available for subletting from October 1st to January 4th (three months). Since it is a student apartment, a potential tenant should have a certificate of studies in Gothenburg. The apartment is in Guldheden (managed by SGS Studentbostäder) and has 29 sqm. The rent is 6000 Kr per month and includes everything (electricity, water, broadband internet). The apartment comes furnished (kitchen table chairs, couch, bed). You also have access to a washing room (with washing machines and dryers) in the building. There will be an additional safety deposit of 6000 Kr. The deposit is fully refundable when the contract ends and there is no damage to the furniture.
