INFO about apartment Location Very good transport communications. Approx. 300 m from my home to tram stop. Trams are frequent. Sahlgrenska sjukhuset (hospital) 10 min Odontologen (dental clinic) 10 min Östra sjukhuset (hospital) 35 min Chalmers (old facility) 10 min Chalmers (new facility, 20 min) Down town approx 15-20 min Linnégatan 12 min Frölunda Torg (Big mall) 5 min Shared kitchen and bath. You have your own private room. In the kitchen you have your very own fridge and your own kitchen cabinet. A small living room space is exclusively only for your use with a brand new two-seat sofa. In the kitchen you have all equipment needed for cooking, there is also a big bar table with two bar seats. Friends, party and socialising is outside the apartment since it is a strictly private accomodation. We will be two females living in the apartment. The neighbourhood area is very peaceful surrounded with woods and tracking paths for jogging. Within walking distance you have several grocery stores, post office, bank (ATG), gym, library, bakery, pharmacy. I clean and vacuum clean the mutual areas. Observe You clean up your own room. In the rent it is included, of course, the room, electricity, water, internet, use of furniture. I also offer clean sheets, bedlinen, pillow and towels on request (free of charge). The rent is 4300 kr/month and rent is always paid in advance). At MOVE IN I charge 1 (one) months deposit (4300 kr) the rent for first month (4300 kr, minus contract fee, 1000 kr). When contract is signed you pay a fee (1000 kr) as reservation of the room. The fee is deducted (as described above) from the first rent when you move in. The deposit will be returned at move. Me as a person I am a quiet, independent woman, I like to have things in order and clean around me therefore I search for a likeminded female. I care lots for working out, jogging, walking, travelling, sewing, cooking and baking. You I am looking for a likeminded female student that have similar characters as I do, i.e quite (not shy nor noisy), likes to have things in order, puts stuff away after use and clean up. Your personal interests are not that important as how your character is.
