Room for rent to clean, quiet female university student. Location Very good transport communications. Approx. 300 m (less than 5 min walk) from my house to the tram stop. The trams are frequent. Sahlgrenska sjukhuset (hospital) 8 min Odontologen (dental clinic) 8 min, Östra sjukhuset (hospital) 35 min, Chalmers 10 min Down town approx 15-20 min, Linnégatan 12 min, Frölunda Torg (Huge mall) less than 7 min, Mölndal approx 15 min. Shared kitchen and bath. As you, I also have my own private room. In the kitchen you have your own private refridgerator and a kitchen cabinet. A small private living room space for your exclusive use with a brand new two-seat sofa. In the kitchen you have all equipment needed for cooking, there is also a big bar table with two bar seats. Friends, partying and socialising is outside the apartment since this is exclusively a private apartment. The neighbourhood area is very peaceful surrounded with lush, green woods and tracking paths for jogging. Within walking distance you have several grocery stores (ICA, Willys, Lidl, Netto), post office, bank (ATG), gym, library, bakery, pharmacy. Included in rent the bedroom, electricity, water, internet. I also offer clean sheets, bedlinen, pillow and towels for free. The rent is 4400 kr/month and rent is always paid in advance. When a student move in I charge 1 (one) months deposit (4400 kr) the rent for first month (4400 kr). Once contract is signed I charge additional 1000 kr (which will be deducted at move-in date).The deposit will be returned when move out OR deducted on the last month of renting. Applicants must have specified that they can pay the rent and deposit asked for and also describe in what way they finance their stay. Student must confirm their studies (may leave reference of a tutor at the university). Student may add a copy of a student card and/or passport.
