The apartment is in Kortedala, a 20 minute tram ride from the city center and with good connections to Chalmers and most GU Campuses. 5 minutes to nearest food store. You will have the smaller of the two bedrooms in the apartment. It will be partly furnished with a bed, a comfy armchair, a (old) TV, a floor rug, and a small book stand. If you should not want the furniture most of it can be put in storage. We will share the bathroom and kitchen areas. Since I really enjoy cooking you will find most cooking utensils. I am a 28 year old Swedish social worker. Currently Im employed by the municipality and work with housing issues for the homeless. I will partly be studying at GU (Gothenburg University) this fall. I enjoy cooking and baking. With earlier lessees we have sometimes made a Sunday breakfast together, with freshly baked bread, every other week depending on social calendar. I also enjoy yoga, running or a good book. You should be reasonably tidy and a nonsmoker. The neighbors are families with children, so this is not a place for late night parties You should be speaking English, Swedish or German. Since I am a woman I am more comfortable with a female lessee. And last, but not least, you should be nice :) If the arrangement works well, it may be prolonged.
