Couple looking for an apartment

Hello We are writing in hope to secure an apartment. We are a couple (of idiots some might say) called Scott and Alexandra. I am a political refugee (Brexit...) living in your wonderful country. I have been in Sweden for a year now, making the decision to make it the move permanent in August. Alexandra is a born and bred Gothenburger- a Max Grand Deluxe one in my biased opinion. We are looking for our first apartment together. Alexandra currently has a first hand contract, but it is a small studio apartment (Harry Potter had more room under the stairs in Privet Drive). At present we are living together 75 of the time in her studio apartment 25m2, but it is not practical for the two of us. So we are looking for something bigger, and more importantly, so I can annoy Alexandra 100 of the time instead. I am currently renting a room in a collective, which has effectively turned into a rather expensive storage unit for my possessions. And my bed is feeling rather unloved. Is there anything more upsetting than a lonely bed So why not move in together and give a bed to a sleepy human it deserves. In a perfect world we are looking for a 2 room apartment paying rent of 10,000sek a month with great transport links, 1st hand contract or a 12 month contract (swimming pool and gold-plated toilet optional). However, we are aware of how hard it is to find a home in Gothenburg. So we are willing to listen to all offers, including studio apartments 45m2 or higher. Alexandra is also offering to trade her 1st hand contract apartment by Rambergsvallen Tram stop if the situation arises. We are both working full-time. I work as a barman for Hagabion Cafe/Kino (nice free advert for my workplace there). Alexandra works full-time for a logistics company. We can both supply references(landlord and work) as well.
