Proximity to the sea was one of the reasons that we are just over 3 years since moving here. - About 1 km north you find exercise area Rudalen exercise area but you can jog directly to the sea in about 10 minutes. ABOUT US: We who own the place are a couple (native Swedes) with a teen daughter and two super kind cats. We are active in the areas of artistic stuff and music (practising at some occasions per week is performed in closed room and at moderate volumes something can be heard but not much), we often see movies, sometimes friends come over in a calm atmosphere. ABOUT YOU: Serious and responsible probably higher student or in a ambitious work path. Quiet and orderly, considerate, secular mindset (relaxed religious might work), no smells, non-smoking, well-behaved, listening to sounds through headphones.
