Amazing house with a sea view

A spacious house in calm Björlanda on a short distance from the marina and the marina beach, 25 minutes to the city and 12 minutes to Volvo Cars. The house has some mindblowing features but I prefer not to disclose our location in a public ad - write me for more pictures or to book a visit I will ask for credentials before disclosing information. The house is available Nov. -to Jan. 31 2018. The house is nicely planned. The kitchen has a beautiful view and modern white goods and an induction cooktop. The living room has a wonderful view and is uniquely furnished but again, I prefer not to disclose any information directly in the ad. The family room is manly used as cinema (projector and very large screen) but also serves as office, guest room (sofa bed) and training room thanks to a professional elliptical bike. There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a large bathroom with the classical Swedish fir wood sauna. There is a smaller bathroom in the hallway. The driveway has room for several cars, more parking is available at no cost.
