(Please note that the ad is written in English only, due to Blockets character limit.) From the first day of 2017 and onward I will be renting out the largest room in my flat. The room is located on the third floor in a beautiful house from the twenties, built in the iconic landshövdingehus style, which is unique to Gothenburg, and it overlooks the splash pool at Älvsborgsplan. The Mariaplan, Sannaplan and Ostindiegatan tram stations are all less than a two minute walk away, and theres a grocery store in the same building. The address is in Kungsladugård, which is often referred to as a part of the Majorna district, and it is one of the nicest and most attractive parts of Gothenburg. One of the best things about the location, in my opinion, is that its very quiet during the evening and night hours. The room is furnished (but if you have your own furniture youre welcome to use that instead, though it wont change the price), and all costs (electricity, water, 150mbp/s internet, &c) are included in the price. Theres no dishwasher or microwave in the kitchen, and its not my intention to acquire any, either. Please note that it is is a bit difficult to take good photos of the room, and that it actually feels (and is) much spacier than what it looks like in the photos. Im looking for someone who is quiet (having a few friends over every now and then is just nice, but there will be no wild parties, not least because the building is very resonant and the neighbours can hear any loud noises), tidy and well organized, but most importantly reliable and trustworthy. And friendly, of course - its very important that we get along well Im looking for someone with a stable income (student grants, an employment contract for at least a year from now on, or similar). I myself, the guy you would share the flat with, am a 22 years old Computer Science and Engineering student at Chalmers. Besides the topics that I study, Im very interested in languages (I speak Swedish, English, German, and French - so Id love to have someone to practice those with), history, religion, music and art among other subjects, and Im an avid reader.
