I am planning to rent out my furnished apartment (a 53 sq. meter 2 RoK in Sätra äng, Danderyd), which will be available for rent, starting January 27th until February 28th, 2018 (it maybe extendable until March 31st). Please let me know if you are interested, or happen to know someone who might be. The apartment offers accommodation with many fine qualities. It is a 53 sq. meter 2 RoK (1 living room, kitchen, and a bedroom) on the first floor, with laundry room in the basement, storage room with elevator access, and a sunny balcony toward the southwest. The large windows in the living room provide an amazing daily light and a view of the greenery outside. It has a kitchen with stove, oven, and large fridge, toaster, electric kettle, and freezer and lots of storage space. Fully-furnished, including a 160cm bed, big sofa, dining table (in the kitchen), 6 chairs, TV and TV-stand, and working desk. The apartment is near the water in Edsviken with nice promenades, and within a 10 minute by bus (601 and 607) to Mörby station, which means less than 30 minute to/from KTH from the apartment. No-pets and No-smoking, and will be rented to at most two people
