The cottage is decorated in sober colors and well equipped with both dishwasher, washing machine and fiber. In the attic (ladder) there is a double bed (180 cm) and storage. The living room has a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa, clothes storage and a tiled bathroom with shower and radiant heating. A large glazed window door opens onto the south and the sea as well as its own large wooden deck. You will get to / from the island of Tranholmen via ferry to / from Ropsten. Or you can go by rowing boat (200 meters) to Stocksund. Between November and April there is a bridge between the island and Stocksund. Price 12000 SEK per month (includes water, electricity, heating, garbage and wireless wifi (fiber). Monthly rent in the deposit and the rent is paid in advance. The cottage can only be rented between October and April. No smoking and no pets allowed.
