Hello I want to rent my apartment from August . The apartment has two rooms, bathroom, and kitchen. It is 7 min from the metro station, and 2 min to the nearest buss station. It is fully furnished and clean. It has a beautiful balcony which has nice outside view. There is washing machine inside the house, and even there is laundry which is totally free. The price included parking area, internet, and electricity. The contract renew every six months. I need a one month deposit. I want to rent the apartment for a family who has not more than three persons.
