Hello, I am now renting a room in my apartment in Fittja. The room will be available from the 1st of February and its about 14 square m. and the apartment is 80 s.m. and fully furnished, soffa, desk, chairs, table, oven, fridge, kitchen stuff, dishes, microwave, bed etc and quite big 80square meters. You will have to share the kitchen and two bathrooms with 2 other tenants, a Swedish and a Dutch person, theyre both nice, proper and very respectful and they are rarely in the apartment so you will have as much privacy as you need. The building is 1 minute walk from Fittja centrum with T-bana(metro), busses, stores and good nature and a lake as well. A bit more than 20 minutes to Slussen(centum) and 10 minutes to Karolinska hospital by bus. We start with a 6 month contract with the possibility of extending your accommodation to a further notice. It would be nice if you could write a few lines, explaining who you are and what do you do and for how long you would like to rent the room.
