VILLKOR: Börjar från mitten av mars eller senast från början av april månad alt. omgående. Först och främst för 6 månader (fram till slutet av augusti). Därefter får vi se. Vi vill ha ekonomisk stabila personer - helst kvinnliga hyresgäster. Är det två som hyr var sitt rum är hyran fyra tusen fem hundra för det mindre sovrummet och fem tusen fem hundra för det större sovrummet. Är det endast en person som hyr våningen är hyran 8500/månad. Du ska vara rökfri och helst alkoholfri. Inga husdjur p.g.a. allergi. Delat kök och tvättstuga. Allmän hyfs och hänsyn samt sunt förnuft gäller :-). Vi vill ha trevliga hyresgäster. Helst inga barn. Gärna studerande eller arbetande par. Endast seriösa spekulanter. The Entry to the house is shared. INCLUDED IN THE RENT: Two bedrooms and a living room - right now the living room downstairs is being renewed so you are welcome to share the one on the second floor), your own toilet and shower, a shared kitchen and washing room with all facilities, many TV-channels, WIFI and water. CONDITIONS: Begin renting the floor from the middle of March and at the latest from the first of April or immediately if you will. First and foremost for the next 5 months (until the end of August). We will have to decide if the arrangement can continue after that. We wish to have economically stable individuals hiring the apartment preferably women. If you are two sharing the floor the rent will be four thousand five hundred for the smaller bedroom and five thousand five hundred for the bigger bedroom. If it is only one individual bearing the costs of the rent then we will reduce the rent to 8500 /month. You should be a non-smoker and preferably not one with drinking habits. We cant accept pets because of allergies in the family. We will be sharing a kitchen and a washing room. Consideration and proper manners as well as reasonability are qualities we wish to see.
