Hello, I have two bedrooms for rent from June 2017 until August 2017, possibly longer. International students have priority. The rooms are part of a 3-bedroom apartment of which I myself use the living room as my own room. You will have access to your room, bathroom (shower, toilet, washer/dryer), separate toilet, hallway and kitchen (including all equipment). There is some additional storage space in the attic upstairs. A garage space might be available for rent for SEK 600 / month. The rooms are located in each corner of the apartment, which reduces the risk that you/we disturb each other. All rooms have wireless fiber internet access 100/10 Mbit/s. Write and tell me how you will be able to pay the rent, and how you will contribute to the ambiance in the apartment and what your expectations are of your prospective flat mates. Do you have any reference taken its gratefully received and should you have some pictures of yourself then please attach them. Not that I care about how you look but its always nice to see anyway. SMOKERS ARE COMPLETELY EXCLUDED. Feel free to be a vegetarian but its not required. You must be tolerant when it comes to sharing the apartment with people who differ from you in terms of nationality, gender, sexuality and religion. You need not be pedantic but orderly and respectful and know how to clean up after yourself. The apartment is located (on the third floor, no elevator) in a safe, quiet and pleasant area, built in the late 1950s and with good transport links.
