Hi, I have a apartment in playa del ingles. Hotel los junchos. The apartment is 38kvm. I am renting it out becaucse I live i sweden and I dont want it to stand empty. Its New renovated pool area, 1000 m to beach and 10 m to shopping center kasbah. You have everything just across the street. This is the center of playa del ingles, perfect location If you need some place to stay maybe for just a week or two here a good place to stay. I also rent out to the right person who wants to stay in longer terms. Long term renting is best but you can still have it on week if its aviable. Call me or email me if you want to know more about the apartment. Please only contact if you are serious. I want you to be calm and if you stay here you cant throw partys and desturbe the neighboors. What you see in the pics with tv and stuff will nit be exacly the same now but you can see here the whole area and how fresh it is. For example the cautch (bed cautch) is in black leather now . and the stuff on the walls are not there. Balkony is very big bcs the apartment is on the side of the house , street floor. One floor up from pool arera. 300 euro one week -euro two week 700 euro month 2017 ALL INCLUDED IN THE PRICE (Electricity MAX to 50 euro) the rest you charge if you come over that amount each year.
