Hi, I have a apartment in playa del ingles. Hotel los junchos. The apartment is 37kvm. I am renting it out bcs I live i sweden and I dont want it to stand empty. Its not a five star apartment but its good enough for you to stay. New renovatedd pool area, 1000 m to beach and 10 m to shopping center kasbah. My goal is to one day stay there and renovate the hole apartment but at the time its impossible for me. If you need some place to stay maybe for just a week or two here is your chance. I also rent out to the right person who wants to stay in longer terms. Long term renting is best but you can still have it on week if its available.
