About Apartment: The apartment is 60 KVM. It has a living room with TV and two sofas. The Kitchen has new glass stove with all the basic things available It also has a dinning area with space for 4 people. The bedroom has one King size bed. The bath room has a bath tub. The laundry is quite near. A quite spacious balcony is next to kitchen. It also include good speed internet. What is needed: Proof of stable income (job contract may be) ID card (with swedish personal number) Assurance that you will move on the specified date A security fee which will be returned once you move out We will sign a contract once we agree with each other.
